Background

From circuits to supply chains
to the APIs freight moves on

I started with a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering — systems thinking baked in from first principles. Two years at Tata Consultancy Services running Commvault infrastructure for 2,000+ enterprise clients gave me production accountability from day one. An MBA at IBS Hyderabad (Marketing + Operations Management) redirected toward product and commercial roles.

Three years at Micron Technology embedded in global supply chain information systems — leading the enterprise migration from SAP APO to Blue Yonder Order Promising, designing supply planning algorithms, managing delivery across the US, Taiwan, and Singapore. Then E2Open as PO, seeing the same domain from the vendor side. Now at FedEx GCC as Senior PO on the Customer Experience Platform — sole product owner for eight enterprise APIs covering tracking, rating, pickup, document management, and commitment across EMEA and APAC.

What "inside the engine room" means
I don't own the product surface customers see. I own the API contracts that make the product surface possible — the Tracking API a logistics AI model calls, the Rating API a shipper uses to price a lane, the Commitment API a carrier relies on for SLA calculation. This is the data layer. Most PM candidates talk about it. I've owned its reliability, versioning, and governance for two years at Fortune 50 scale.
The non-traditional case — made plainly
I came from delivery, not product school. The gaps are real: no consumer-facing GTM, no formal metrics ownership, no AI product track record. This portfolio is the direct answer — not retrospective case studies, but working tools, real user research, deployed prototypes, and a PM build journal documenting every decision from discovery to iteration. Built in public, verifiable by design.

The structural case

PM-adjacent work I'm already doing
at enterprise scale

The line between Senior PO and Senior PM is real, but narrower than job descriptions suggest. What's genuinely missing is the public evidence layer and consumer-facing GTM lens. That's what this portfolio builds.

01
Discovery & Problem Framing
Translating ambiguous stakeholder input from EMEA, APAC, and Americas teams into defensible API product decisions — without formal authority over any team involved.
Proven · FedEx GCC
02
Platform Ownership & API Lifecycle
End-to-end PO for 8+ enterprise APIs — versioning decisions (v1/v3/v5), downstream contract management, release strategy, BCDR governance, and KTLO accountability at Fortune 50 scale.
Proven · FedEx GCC
03
Cross-functional Delivery Without Authority
Coordinating engineering, QA, middleware, infra, OSV vendors, CET, and AMO IMADE — none reporting directly — to successful production outcomes. Cited in leadership nomination documentation.
Evidenced · Leadership nomination
04
Enterprise System Transformation
SAP APO to Blue Yonder OP migration at Micron — requirements across BPOs, functional teams, and technical teams across three geographies. Full BA-to-PO trajectory with documented delivery outcomes.
Proven · Micron Technology
05
Functional Specifications & Requirements
PRDs, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specs across Micron (3 years), E2Open client implementations, and FedEx API ICD compliance documentation. BA-origin means the requirements depth is atypical for a PO profile.
Bridging · Adding consumer lens
06
GTM & Market Analysis
E2Open gave vendor-side product exposure — client onboarding, architecture facilitation, value proposition communication. The consumer-facing GTM layer is the active gap this portfolio closes.

Building in Public

8 projects. 24 artefacts.
One PM lifecycle per project.

Eight portfolio projects, each producing three pieces: a working deployed tool, a theory companion explaining the product framework, and a PM build journal documenting every decision from problem discovery through iteration — written in real time as each project is built.

Demonstrating
End-to-end PM lifecycle — discovery through iteration — for every project
Product metrics thinking — North Star, driver trees, experiment design, SQL analysis
Real primary research — user interviews, affinity mapping, published findings
AI product thinking grounded in the API data layer I already own
GTM strategy and financial modelling through interactive tools, not documents
Learning
Consumer-facing product discovery — outside enterprise B2B stakeholder dynamics
Data-driven roadmap decisions — owning product KPIs and usage analytics
Open source distribution — community building and developer audience growth
AI/ML product ownership — from API data contract governance to model deployment
Thought leadership through building — not writing about PM, doing PM publicly
